1. About ESH800

ESH800 Home Healthcare LLC is a limited liability company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, holding a valid DHA home healthcare facility licence. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by ESH800 to individuals ("Client") requesting healthcare at their Dubai residence or nominated address.

2. Service Eligibility

Services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above. A parent or legal guardian must provide consent and be present for services requested for minors. ESH800 reserves the right to decline a service request if, in the clinical judgement of our team, the required care is outside our scope of licensed home-based services. In such cases, we will refer the Client to an appropriate facility.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon verbal or written confirmation by an ESH800 concierge. Requests submitted via the website, WhatsApp, or email are pending until a concierge confirms availability, pricing, and timing. ESH800 reserves the right to decline any booking request without providing a reason.

4. Clinical Standards

All clinical staff deployed by ESH800 hold valid DHA licences appropriate to their profession. Clinicians follow DHA clinical practice guidelines and operate within their licensed scope of practice. ESH800 does not deploy staff for services that fall outside their individual DHA licence category.

ESH800 is not an emergency response service. For medical emergencies, dial 999 immediately for UAE national ambulance services.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete medical history to the assigned clinician.
  • Ensure a safe, accessible environment at the service location.
  • Be present, or ensure a responsible adult is present, for the duration of the visit.
  • Follow all discharge instructions and care plans provided by ESH800 clinicians.
  • Notify ESH800 promptly of any adverse reactions or concerns following a visit.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. A binding quote is provided by the concierge before any service is rendered. Payment is due at the time of service unless a direct-billing arrangement has been confirmed with your insurer. ESH800 accepts credit/debit card, bank transfer, and approved insurance direct-billing.

7. Limitation of Liability

ESH800 and its clinicians exercise the standard of care expected of a reasonably competent DHA-licensed healthcare provider. ESH800 shall not be liable for:

  • Adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete medical information provided by the Client.
  • Complications resulting from the Client's failure to follow clinical advice.
  • Service delays caused by access restrictions at the service location.
  • Acts of force majeure including natural disaster, pandemic restrictions, or government directive.

Nothing in these Terms limits ESH800's liability for death or personal injury caused by our clinical negligence.

8. Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with a service, contact our Client Relations team at info@esh800.ae or +971 558926849 within 14 days of the visit. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 working days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Complaints Department.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ESH800 website including text, graphics, logos, and software is the exclusive property of ESH800 Home Healthcare LLC and is protected under UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2002 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.

11. Amendments

ESH800 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at this page with the "Last updated" date noted above. Continued use of our services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
