Account Deletion Policy

1. How to Delete Your Account

Users can request account deletion directly from the ESH 800 Mobile Application:

  1. Open the ESH 800 App.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated and you will be logged out from all active sessions.

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion:

  • Your ESH 800 account will be marked as deleted.
  • You will no longer be able to access services using the deleted account.
  • Your profile will be removed from active operational use.
  • Marketing communications and notifications will be stopped.

3. 30-Day Recovery Period

Your account will remain in a deleted status for up to 30 days from the date of deletion.

During this period:

  • You may restore your account by logging in again using your registered mobile number.
  • Your previous profile, booking history, and associated records may be restored.
If no restoration request is received within 30 days, your account will proceed to permanent deletion processing.

4. Data Removal After 30 Days

After the 30-day recovery period:

  • Personal profile information will be permanently deleted or anonymized from active systems.
  • Saved addresses will be removed.
  • Family member records will be removed.
  • User preferences and non-essential account information will be removed.
  • Access to the deleted account will no longer be available.

Any future registration will be treated as a new account.

5. Data That May Be Retained

ESH 800 may retain certain records where required for healthcare operations, legal obligations, regulatory compliance, audit requirements, financial reporting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other applicable requirements.

Such records may include:

  • Booking history
  • Invoice records
  • Payment transactions
  • Medical reports
  • Laboratory reports
  • Prescriptions
  • Consent records
  • Audit logs
  • Regulatory compliance records

These retained records will be protected in accordance with applicable privacy, healthcare, and legal requirements.

6. Account Restoration

If you log in using the same registered mobile number within the 30-day recovery period, you may be given the option to restore your account and regain access to your previous information.

After the 30-day recovery period, account restoration may no longer be available.
